King Nun New Music Video
London fourpiece King Nun have released their new single "Low Flying Dandelion" - To accompany the singles release, the band has also released a blistering session video perfectly exhibits the bands live prowess - The track can be found on their highly anticipated debut full length Mass, out October 4th via Dirty Hit.
"Low Flying Dandelion" joins King Nun's recent release "Black Tree" and is once again an insight into the band's darker development sonically. Drawing from a wider range of influences but bringing into play their signature early twenties angst, an ominous, explosive bassline pulsates under a complex stream of consciousness from Theo Polyzoides, the track changing pace almost constantly. It's an unpredictable, ingeniously crafted track that could only come from King Nun.
The album announcement comes in the wake of a huge summer for King Nun, including a recent support slot for Foo Fighters with a crowd of more than 60,000 and a set at Bonnaroo where Rolling Stone named them "Best Rock Newcomers," stating that "the band's sense of fun and youthful transgression was contagious, with the charismatic Polyzoides frequently going airborne and guitarist James Upton, bassist Nathan Gane and drummer Caius Stockley-Young smiling their way through the madcap 30-minute set."
