History

Wired with Music is the second wave of Distorted Chaos Magazine that was once an underground hit promoting artists online along side famous zines such as Perez Hilton. In the early 2000's D.C. Magazine had the pleasure of covering and interviewing the early careers of pop icons Kelly Clarkson, Avril Lavigne, and Fall Out Boy along with many underground artists such as Yellowcard, Jesse Mccartney, MxPx, New Found Glory, Simple Plan, Bowling for Soup and more.

In 2007, the last edition was issued as a new generation of social media was taking over and online zines started to fade away and major corporate giants took over. Distorted Chaos Magazine greatly had a 7 year run, said goodbye with a big smile and took their heart on their sleeve. (But we knew this was not the end....)

Close to ten years later, in 2018 as the online frenzy began to shine light and social media was becoming a giant platform were most music outlets were losing touch of covering music and started adding movies, news, and other non-music items to their websites we felt we needed to rise to the occasion and bring back the joy of discovering what we once felt and will always love....NEW MUSIC, NEW ARTISTS!

Sponsored by Denver recording studio Eighty-Eight studios and backed with the experience of radio insider Erick Belleza who has worked for five of Denver's top radio stations including Alice 105.9, 99.5 the mountain, KS107.5, Comedy 103.1 and Cruisin 1430 a new idea was born and therefore, Wired with Music was created alongside music commentator Shane Morton (KYGO, Columbia Records).
